Digital Overload

Digital Overload describes the state of anxiety, fatigue, and depression people feel when they have trouble processing the amount of information they absorb online. As a consequence of Surveillance Capitalism, Digital Overload contributes to the negative effect of Social Technology on Digital Health, and situates Digital Minimalism as a strategy against the harmful effects of the Attention Economy.
