This study found that when comparing lesbian, gay, and bisexual siblings to their same-sex heterosexual siblings, the sexual minority sibling was victimized at a higher rate across each of the types of interpersonal violence, including but not limited to partner violence and both childhood and adult physical and sexual assault.
